The Large Cottage

Detached stone house – 109 m² – Sleeps 8 to 10

Spacious, bright and warm, the Grand Gîte du Domaine des Pierres Blanches is a detached stone house of 109 m², entirely non-smoking, ideal for welcoming families and groups of friends in a peaceful setting near Royan.

Designed to combine authenticity and modern comfort, it offers beautiful spaces and a friendly atmosphere conducive to gatherings.

Comfortable sleeping areas suitable for groups

The cottage includes:

• A master bedroom with a 160cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower.
• A second bedroom with a 160cm double bed and a 90cm single bed
• A mezzanine with 4 single beds (90 cm)
• Additional sleeping space is available in the living room thanks to the convertible sofa.
• A travel cot is available on request.

Two bathrooms with showers and two separate toilets ensure comfort and convenience for stays with several people.

A large, welcoming living space

The heart of the cottage is a large open-plan living area , combining a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge.

Fully equipped kitchen

Oven, hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, kettle, complete set of utensils…
Everything is provided for cooking independently and sharing convivial meals around the large table.

High chair available on request.

Cozy lounge

Sofa, sofa bed, flat screen television and wood stove to create a soft and warm atmosphere in any season.
Free Wi-Fi connection to stay connected if needed.

Outdoor spaces designed to fully enjoy your stay

Outside, you can enjoy a wooden terrace furnished with:

• Outdoor dining area with table and chairs
• Barbecue and griddle
• Garden furniture
• Parasol and outdoor lighting

Private parking available on site.

A secure, enclosed area is available for bicycles, and a hangar is available for groups of motorcyclists wishing to park their motorcycles in complete peace and quiet.

An ideal solution for long stays

The Grand Gîte can be rented alone or in addition to the Petit Gîte, allowing for a larger number of travelers to be accommodated while maintaining the independence of each accommodation.

The Little Cottage

Detached stone house – 44 m² – 2 to 4 people

Cozy, bright and independent, the Petit Gîte du Domaine des Pierres Blanches is a charming 44 m² stone house, entirely non-smoking, ideal for a stay as a couple or small family, in a quiet setting near Royan and the Gironde estuary.

Designed as a true haven, it combines old-world charm and modern comfort for a truly serene stay.

A comfortable and intimate sleeping area

The master bedroom has a 160cm double bed, bedside tables, storage and warm parquet flooring.
The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a walk- in shower , towel warmer, hairdryer and toilet.

A travel cot with a mattress is available on request for young children.

A functional and welcoming living space

The fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, allows you to stay in complete independence:

• Oven, hob and extractor hood
• Microwave, refrigerator
• Washing machine
• Filter coffee machine and electric kettle
• Complete set of utensils
• A friendly round table for sharing meals
